Payroll

Mitchells Grievson offer a payroll service to many clients, some with just one or two employees to others with many employees, subcontractor payments /deductions and many starters and leavers every month.

We tailor the payroll service to fit you. We will prepare the wages as often as you want to pay your staff - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We can arrange to pay them on whatever day suits you and we can inform the bank of when and how much needs to be paid.

We also prepare:

• Employee payslips
• Monthly summaries
• Departmental reports
• Dealing with leavers and starters
• PAYE returns for the Revenue
• Assistance with automated payment set up to your employees
• Monthly CIS returns for contractors

We use an excellent up to date computer program so that all National insurance, PAYE, holiday pay, sick pay and maternity pay are all paid at the correct rates.

At the year end we will submit the relevant documents to the Revenue:

• Employer annual return P35
• Employee summary P60s and P14s
• P11d and P9d benefit and expenses returns

All our payroll staff are highly trained and they have a lot of experience dealing with all aspects of payroll.

The payroll service can also be included within your fixed price agreement package.
