All of our fees are agreed with the client before any work commences. This gives you the peace of mind that there will be no dreaded surprise bill on completion of our services. We also understand that cashflow is essential to any business so we also offer you the facility to spread our costs by paying monthly rather than in one lump sum, which ever is preferred.

Qualified accountants

Many businesses choose their accountants purely based on the fee they charge. What they don't often consider is the tax bills that they also have to pay to HM Revenue & Customs. As a firm of Chartered accountants we can't guarantee that we can reduce your tax bills, however we can assure you that by being Chartered accountants we have all of the resources and experience available to us to minimise your tax liabilities.

Tax planning

Every new client, no matter how small, is given a full tax review to see if there are any potential savings to be made. This covers everything from considering incorporation, extraction of profits, changing vat schemes, employment issues as well as capital gains and inheritance tax planning. This is reviewed on an annual basis, as our key service requested by you is to always save you tax.

Unlimited phone & email support

No matter how many times you need to contact us be it by phone or email we will not charge any additional fees for this service. We actively try to encourage you to contact us by providing you with individual contact details so that you can speak to the same familiar voice each time you phone. Emails are responded to immediately upon receipt, this could be up to a maximum of 24 hours if the individual is out of the office and missed phone calls are returned the same working day.

Paperwork

We understand how difficult it is to keep on top of all of the paperwork required to run a business, that is why we remove some of this burden by dealing with all your Revenue and Companies House requirements. With your permission we ask the Revenue and Companies House to forward a copy of any letters or documentation you receive onto ourselves so that we can deal with it on your behalf, often requiring just a signature from yourself.

Work completed on time

Our target is to complete all year end accounts within 30 days of receiving all of the information, however if you require figures sooner we can arrange a timescale to suit your needs. Our policy is to try to complete your accounts as soon as possible after the year end as a profitable business needs to know its tax liability at the earliest opportunity. Also should you make a loss, there is potentially tax refundable which can be claimed.
